Well! Merry Christmas y'all! I hope everyone had a great holiday. I was positively spoiled, I know that. Bobby got me lots of bath and bodywork goodies, some lush (yay!), my highly lusted after too faced "in your dreams" palette, among many other things. His parents got me some clothes and things like that. I really loved everything.
My man also got me this hat:
I love it! It's the first hat I've ever worn really. It's amazing how much warmer you stay (go figure, right).
I just wish I could get some paid time off for the holidays, that would be nice haha. Bobby is off the next two days. It sucks because we never have days off together. He literally works every weekend when he is in school.
Can't wait for our romantic April getaway!
My MaryKay journey is about to begin. I am very excited to be able to offer these products to everyone that wants them. I already have two sales and I haven't even been fully processed yet. NO idea how long I will be involved in this, but I am very excited to try the makeup items in my starter kit. I know I love the skincare that I've tried... and have a good list of items ready to be ordered. I'm just very curious if I will like their foundations/colors.
I used the microderm set last night and my skin looked awesome today. I can't wait to try the Even Complexion line, the blemish control toner, eye cream, satin lips set, the perfumes and some select makeup! Most excited about the foundation and nourishine lip gloss in pink parfait. One thing is for sure, I need to develop a more sophisticated skincare rouine. The timewise cleanser, night/day formulas and moisturizer are a great start, but I am very excited to expand it with some of the other products.
Gonna give my Eco-Emi update next!
I'm interested in hearing about the Eco-Emi. I went to their website and it sounds imtriguing, but I'm not sold on the idea of being all nautral all the time. Haha. (And, well, vegan, organic food freaks me out sometimes.) Apparently they send foodstuff sometimes?
I need to check Mary Kay out a bit more. Their skincare line is a little expensive for me (I spend, like, $4 for face wash. And my skin's not too bad for it.) But I do remember liking their eyeshadows and whatnot. :)
